About the role

This position reports to the Human Resource Manager on site and serves as the primary point of contact for onsite employees for HR needs, ensuring timely assistance and maintaining operational continuity.
This role will be operating within a highly regulated, 24/7 contract environment.
This role serves as a critical link between facility operations, program leadership, and the contracting government, ensuring that staffing levels, personnel documentation, and employee conduct standards are maintained at all times.

We provide a range of professional services, including specialized facilities, customized logistics support, and direct care services.
Timesheet collection and validation Attendance tracking and documentation Support reporting needs as directed by
Employee concerns Disciplinary actions Investigations Maintain detailed and accurate records of all actions
T he Human Resource Administrator provides comprehensive HR support across all aspects of workforce management within a federally contracted ICE residential facility.

Ability to sit for extended periods for administrative tasks and documentation
