About the role
- Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand their financial needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Provide financial guidance and support to drive decision-making, performance improvement, and cost management.
- Help develop and implement financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support strategic initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance Business Support function.
- The Analyst will play a critical role in providing financial insights and support the financial performance of various departments within the Operations and Technology solutions group.
- This role involves close collaboration with business unit executives, and other stakeholders to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in FP&A, finance, or business analysis role
- Advanced proficiency in the use of business applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Must have acute attention to detail
- Prior financial services industry experience required (wealth management, investment management, broker-dealer, insurance, banking, specialty finance)
- Applicants should be located at one of our hubs listed above and must be willing to work this schedule.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree from accredited university in Accounting, Finance or another related field is required.
- Master's Degree preferred.
- Advanced financial modeling and analysis skills preferred
- Experience with financial reporting and general ledger applications tools is required, experience with Workday Financials a plus.
- Preferred Requirements:
Compensation
- $63,750 - $90,000 per year + annual performance-based bonus
- Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
