About the role

  • Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand their financial needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to drive decision-making, performance improvement, and cost management.
  • Help develop and implement financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support strategic initiatives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance Business Support function.
  • The Analyst will play a critical role in providing financial insights and support the financial performance of various departments within the Operations and Technology solutions group.
  • This role involves close collaboration with business unit executives, and other stakeholders to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in FP&A, finance, or business analysis role
  • Advanced proficiency in the use of business applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must have acute attention to detail
  • Prior financial services industry experience required (wealth management, investment management, broker-dealer, insurance, banking, specialty finance)
  • Applicants should be located at one of our hubs listed above and must be willing to work this schedule.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree from accredited university in Accounting, Finance or another related field is required.
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • Advanced financial modeling and analysis skills preferred
  • Experience with financial reporting and general ledger applications tools is required, experience with Workday Financials a plus.

Compensation

  • $63,750 - $90,000 per year + annual performance-based bonus
  • Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
