About the role
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure accurate and timely communication.
- Assist with public engagement activities and documentation as needed.
Responsibilities
- EnTech Engineering, PC is a multidisciplinary engineering and construction management firm devoted to delivering best-in-class design and construction support services for infrastructure and facility projects that strengthen communities nationwide.
- Communicate project updates, schedules, and design changes to community members and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for public meetings and outreach events.
- Develop newsletters, email communications, and other public information materials.
- Respond to community inquiries and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- This role serves as the primary point of contact between the project team and the surrounding community, ensuring residents and stakeholders are informed throughout the design process.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Design Community Liaison or in a similar role supporting engineering, construction management, infrastructure, or transportation design projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical engineering and construction information into clear, accessible messaging.
- Experience preparing presentations, newsletters, outreach materials, and other public-facing communications for community members and project stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively engage with community members, public agencies, and project stakeholders.
Compensation
- $40-$53 per hour, based on experience.
