About the role

  • As a Loan Tracking Specialist, you'll play a critical role in the day-to-day oversight of loan documentation across our commercial banking portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve tracking item workflows using the Loan Origination System (LOS) and automation tools.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Bankers to prioritize backlog items and escalate overdue documentation.
  • Maintain audit-ready files and support compliance reviews with up-to-date reporting.
  • From tracking renewals to supporting audits, your work helps safeguard our credit quality, maintain regulatory readiness, and empower our bankers to focus on client relationships.
  • You bring a strong sense of ownership, a service-first mindset, and the ability to manage complex tracking workflows with precision.
  • Whether coordinating with Relationship Bankers, collecting borrower documents, or ensuring compliance readiness, you're someone who can juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of deadlines.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience in loan operations, documentation tracking, or banking support functions.

  • Strong knowledge of loan administration and document control standards.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Client service orientation and risk awareness with sound escalation judgment.

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency navigating LOS platforms
  • BakerHill experience a plus.

Compensation

  • Salary: $28.37 - 34.14/HR *Actual offer will be based on experience, location, education, and/or skills*
