Job Description: Maintenance Operator, 2nd Shift - North Aurora, IL At Pentair, you will work alongside passionate problem-solvers who are committed to the future of our planet.
We have an opportunity for a Maintenance Operator to join our North Aurora, IL, team.
You will: - Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC problems on machinery and equipment to determine the extent and method of repairs and/or replacement of worn or defective parts.

You will develop and execute Machine Preventative Maintenance Schedules including predictive maintenance on all types of CNC, Injection Molding, Fabrication, Welding, Assembly, Testing, HVAC, and Facility equipment.

Ability to diagnose and fix CNC mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and control issues.
CNC repair knowledge is REQUIRED for this role.
Experience with preventive & predictive maintenance.
Ability to interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical prints/schematics.
Experience identifying failure causes and recommending improvements
Experience managing work orders, PMs, and parts inventory (CMMS).
Experience with equipment - CNC, injection molding, fabrication, welding, assembly, testing, HVAC, and facility systems.
Must be comfortable with heights.
Steel-toed footwear is required.
Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 40lbs.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC problems on machinery and equipment to determine the extent and method of repairs and/or replacement of worn or defective parts.
Determine root cause of maintenance issues.
Root Cause Analysis training is a plus.
Work from prints, schematics, drawings and sketches.
Including electrical, hydraulic, air, plumbing and structural.

The hourly pay for this role is $35.07/hour, plus $0.45 shift differential while working on 2nd shift.
Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
