Responsibilities
- So in 2013, Heidi Zak and Ra'el Cohen created Thirdlove-a third, better option designed to help women look and feel their best.
- Today, Thirdlove remains an innovative design-led brand, handling everything from R&D to the supply chain in-house to get every detail just right.
- We've been certified as a Great Place to Work® for four consecutive years, based on feedback from our own team.
- Develop and execute action plans to drive sales, increase client engagement, and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion, AOV, and UPT.
- Curate and execute in-store activations, and support new store openings as needed.
- Maintain a strong floor presence, ensuring exceptional customer service and product knowledge to support clienteling and brand advocacy.
Requirements
- 2+ years of direct management experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to maintain an active store presence, including standing and walking for extended periods of time
- Comfort with using a ladder and lifting a maximum of 50lbs
Nice to have
- experience with Shopify, Slack, and Google Office is a plus
- 3+ years of customer service and/or retail experience
- background in similar category preferred
Compensation
- 72,000-78K Annually
- Competitive salary
