Unlike traditional wealth management roles, this position is fully salaried with no commission structure or sales targets.
Your performance will be evaluated on a balanced scorecard focused entirely on delivering world-class client experiences.
Provide exceptional onboarding experiences for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to Wealthsimple

you'll collaborate with incredibly talented, curious, and driven teammates who are deeply committed to doing great work.
As a Senior Advisor on our Wealth Management team, you'll provide comprehensive support to our high net worth clients ($1MM+) throughout their journey with us.
Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client's unique situation and goals
Maintain regular communication with clients through phone, video, and in-person meetings

Fin and CFP designation required (CPA is a valuable asset)
CIM or CFA designation required
5+ years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory roles
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
Technology-minded with the ability to leverage digital tools to enhance client experience
Pl. Fin and CFP designation required (CPA is a valuable asset)
