About the role
- This is an unpaid internship program for current MassBay students.
- Note: Current Computer Science majors may be eligible to satisfy CS 280 through this internship.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve IT help desk ticket requests and incidents; Support computers and peripheral equipment using a variety of operating systems and applications; Assist with maintaining and installing software applications related to MassBay computing; Support College-wide and multi-campus audiovisual services in classrooms, meeting rooms, and auditorium; Assist in providing routine computer, printer, and peripherals maintenance; Provide computer software and hardware orientation for students; Perform other duties as assigned.

- A supervisor may assign other duties as required to meet the needs and foster the mission of the College.
