Rapidly, precisely, safely, and accurately perform deburring, flat sanding, removing micro joints, or other secondary operations as required.
Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical specifications to determine required secondary operations.
High School Diploma, GED or the equivalent is required

Basic counting and math skills.
Be able to work well under the pressure of production deadlines, work cooperatively with others and be dependable & timely in one's work.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Near Vision - the ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).

The BIG payoff

Maintain proper tools and replace as needed to meet specifications.
Record operational or production data.
Load and unload items from both mobile and stationary carts, crates and palettes.
Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping.
Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
Remove products or workpieces from secondary work environment to the next operation.
