About the role
- As an Executive Assistant, your core focus will be supporting the CEO, while also offering light, supplemental assistance to other C-suite executives as needed.
- The key to the success of this position is the ability to handle multiple tasks at once, offer superior organization skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- In this role, you will be exposed to all aspects of the business, and will learn a lot about our industry and the start up environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the CEO's calendar end-to-end including proactive scheduling, reprioritization, and conflict resolution This person will also offer light, as-needed scheduling support to the broader C-suite
- Act as the external contact point, providing phone and email support, screening and follow-up on phone calls and voicemails
- Project manage both on and off-site meetings as well as team events - travel planning, site selection/prep, menus, and meeting attendee logistics
- Providing other daily support as needed
Requirements
- Ability to take a straightforward, proactive approach to supporting the C-Suite Leaders
- Exhibit a high degree of maturity, honesty, trust, and integrity and cultivates these qualities in others
- Proficiency in G-Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- This position must be located in the Bay Area.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment and we are unable to sponsor H1-B Visas at this time.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands; must be a flexible problem solver
- Committed to, and enthusiastic about, the mission and vision of the organization
- Adept at multitasking in a fast paced, changing environment
- Able to work independently and take initiative with little direction
- Ability to drive and influence change
- Proficiency in G-Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides); Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Nice to have
- 2-4 years of experience supporting executives, direct experience supporting the C-Suite Leaders preferred
Compensation
- $90,000 - $126,000 annually.
- Compensation may be adjusted based on location, experience, skills, and interview performance.

- The base pay for this position represents the expected salary for this position.
- Ultimately, in determining your pay it will be based on several factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and other job related factors.
