About the role

  • POSITION OVERVIEW The Lower School Afterschool Program runs daily and is for Lower School students in Junior Kindergarten through Grade 4.
  • Afterschool instructors are expected to stay current with best practices in elementary education, particularly with girls' education.
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with parents and other faculty/staff members is essential.

Requirements

  • Afterschool instructors must be able to create enrichment classes for the different age groups from 3:30-4:30 p.m. and then supervise students who stay till 6 p.m. including help with homework.
