About the role
- The Limited Medical Radiology Tech (LMRT) certification performs a variety of duties to accommodate and support urgent care clinical staff in the provision of patient care.
- The LMRT performs all radiologic procedures and clinician orders in a timely and accurate manner adhering to all regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Maintains confidentiality of patient information.
- Creates a welcoming environment and acts as a patient advocate.
- Performs various laboratory testing, daily controls and additional duties as needed.
- Supports Patient Service Representatives by performing the patient registration process as needed.
Requirements
- Limited Medical Radiology Technician (LMRT) License
- BLS Required
Nice to have
- 1 year of pediatric experience preferred

- Maintains work area in clean and orderly condition; sets up, cleans and disinfects examination rooms; monitors and ensures appropriate inventory of medical supplies in examination rooms; replenishes as required.
- Contributes to patient care through patient and family education, distributing resource literature and referrals as needed.
