Responsibilities
- Founder Mindset: Propose, architect, and ship large-scale cloud services as if they were your own startup.
- Technical Diplomacy: Navigate complex technical trade-offs and drive consensus across stakeholders through clear, data-driven communication
- AI Integration: Move beyond "AI-assisted" to "AI-native," building agentic systems that solve real-world enterprise bottlenecks.
- External-Facing Excellence: A proven track record (10+ years) of architecting and building world-class, large-scale commercial applications with a focus on external product impact.
- Core Domain Expertise: Deep technical background in Workflow Engines, Orchestration, and structured/unstructured data/document processing is an advantage.
- Depth in building user experiences is also an advantage.
- The ability to lead through influence and inspire a globally distributed team
- Navigate complex technical trade-offs and drive consensus across stakeholders through clear, data-driven communication
- Be immersive in shaping the 'what' and 'why' of products to build in addition to driving the execution of the said plan.
- Validate with customers and glean insights to fail fast or get to proven adoption.
