About the role
- As a Registered Nurse with Paradigm Treatment and Ridge RTC, you will provide direct patient care to individuals navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges within our residential treatment programs.
- You will play a vital role on the multidisciplinary treatment team, supporting patients through assessment, medication management, and ongoing clinical care.

Responsibilities
- Obtain and accurately document patient vital signs as needed throughout their stay in the residential facility.
- Plan and deliver comprehensive nursing assessments and interventions related to medications and psychiatric diagnoses.
- Collaborate closely with clinical and operations teams to support high-quality, patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required in the state where services are provided.
- Experience working with adolescents and/or young adults in youth-focused treatment settings.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Previous experience in behavioral health or mental health settings.
- Strong passion for mental and behavioral healthcare.
- Strong documentation, communication, and clinical judgment skills.
Nice to have
- Experience working in residential or inpatient clinical environments preferred.
Compensation
- $45 - $45 USD
