Responsibilities
- Partner with commercial leaders across Product, Marketing, and Operations to translate strategy into financial plans, business cases, and post-mortem analysis
- Own the Revenue Forecast Model for the business, including top-line revenue, key performance metrics, LTV, CAC, payback, and cohort-level analysis
- Build and maintain financial models for promotional spend, pricing changes, new sport launches, market expansion, and product feature investments.
- Deliver executive-ready analysis on commercial performance, including weekly/monthly business reviews, board materials, and ad-hoc deep dives for the CEO, CFO, and Head of Commercial Finance.
- Develop and monitor KPIs that connect product behavior (e.g., Sports UX and Trader UX engagement) to financial outcomes, surfacing risks and opportunities early.
Requirements
- Experience in sports betting, fantasy sports, prediction markets, iGaming, or another regulated B2C category.
- Familiarity with marketing mix modeling, incrementality testing, or LTV/CAC frameworks at scale
- you have built complex driver-based models from scratch and know when a model is over- or under-engineered for the question at hand.
- You can move from a P&L line to a customer behavior to a product decision and back, while leading initiatives end-to-end and driving top-line impact
- You can compress a messy analysis into a one-page narrative for executives and tailor the message to the audience.

Nice to have
- Comfort with data at scale.
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience pulling from data warehouses (BigQuery preferred).
- Bachelor's Degree Required - MBA or CFA preferred
