About the role

  • Synergy Family Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Human Resources Recruiter to join our HR Department.
  • This role is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and recruiting qualified candidates through job fairs, online platforms, and community outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Post, manage, and update job listings across recruitment platforms
  • Source and engage qualified candidates to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Support intern engagement and retention efforts, including promoting internal employment opportunities
  • Collaborate with HR and department leaders to assess staffing needs and recruitment priorities
  • Support administrative recruitment tasks, including candidate follow-up and tracking
  • Collaborate with the HR and Training Manager on recruitment-related projects and initiatives
  • Support recruitment of OMHC clinicians, PRP staff, and DCS roles, ensuring alignment with program requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of HR and organizational needs
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources required
  • Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Experience recruiting for behavioral health roles, including OMHC clinicians, PRP staff, and DCS positions strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with clinical roles such as therapists, counselors, and support staff preferred
  • Knowledge of behavioral health or healthcare staffing is highly desirable

Nice to have

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred
  • Experience with LinkedIn recruiting and job board platforms strongly preferred

Compensation

  • $26.00 per hour
