About the role
- Who We Serve Radian Generation's wide range of commercial, technical, and compliance services provide developers, owners, and operators with critical insights into each aspect of their assets to make better-informed decisions.
- The target hiring range for this position is $100,000-130,000.

Nice to have
- Track and complete regulatory filings for NERC registered projects.
- Work with NERC Implementation team during construction phase of projects to complete project registration with applicable entities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 4 years renewable energy industry experience in asset management, business management, contract management, compliance, or operations roles.
- 3+ years' work experience in NERC Compliance
- 4+ years actively managing/supporting a Generator Owner and/or Generator Operator compliance progra m
- Technical knowledge of power systems operations and NERC Reliability Standards
- NERC Operator Certification strongly preferred

- $100k-$130k
