Responsibilities
- Position Summary The Business Development Lead is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and advancing small to mid-sized provider groups that represent strong tuck-in acquisition opportunities.
- This individual owns the front half of the acquisition funnel, including Phase I activities, from initial prospecting through executive handoff, and remains actively involved through diligence and LOI support.
- This position blends field-based relationship building with disciplined pipeline management, working cross-functionally with the Business Development leadership team to ensure high-quality, strategically aligned acquisitions.
