About the role
- Provide technical C2 guidance to assist operators and maintainers to configure, integrate, operate, and troubleshoot C2 systems.
- Working knowledge of the administration and troubleshooting of Cisco routing and switching, to include concepts and protocols such as LAN, WAN, EIRGP, RIP, and DMVPN.
- Knowledge in Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM), Cisco Call Manager Express (CME), Unity Connection (CUC), and IM & Presence Service (CIMP) are also desired.
Responsibilities
- These support efforts are provided to military units while deployed, in garrison, in preparation for, and while participating in major exercises and contingency operations.
- Interface with FMF personnel and US Government employees to provide break/fix support to C2 systems in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Requirements
- CompTIA Security+ Years of Experience: 3.
- 5 years Roles and
- General knowledge of a Network Operations Center (NOC).

Skills
- Familiar with Network Operations Center (NOC) Familiar with COC and tactical utilization of C4I systems.
- Adaptable to fluid environments.
- Experience supporting Marine Corps C4I systems and equipment.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in military training and education.
- Direct participation in real-world operations is desired.
- Strong active listening, data entry, and documentation skills.
- Willing to work in a 24x7x365 secured environment, demonstrate intuitive problem-solving skills, and allow for flexible scheduling.
- In depth understanding of differing message format standards and compatibility between POR systems.
- Understand and troubleshoot computer, android and IOS configurations.
Compensation
- $75,000 - $85,000 Security Clearance Requirement: Position requires active security clearance Certification
