Take assignments that can be worked on individually without supervision, and manage work effort from concept to completion.
Design and implement engineering principles aimed at reliability practices and sound recovery procedures.
Design transaction specific application performance monitoring metrics that can be captured and passed to business partners. In Addition, will layout reference architecture and visual diagrams that capture work.
Administrative knowledge of Nerdio tools to manage AVD and Intune
Reviews existing integration capabilities, automation options, and proposed solution designs for feasibility, cost, and functionality in coordination with internal departments
Performs installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of operating systems, software and systems management tools
Supports the creation and maintenance of policies for application deployment, device compliance, and security configurations.
Collaborates on configuration design and implementation activities to support End User Computing business needs
You'll identify development and support needs as well as taking on design responsibilities supporting project tasks.
Works with leaders, stakeholders, and IT partners to understand business requirements and help resolve systems issues

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Information Technology required or equivalent experience.
Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
Advanced proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Additional experience with pipeline development and leveraging Azure DevOps while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Intermediate to advanced ability to see the big picture and align projects with organizational goals.
Expertise in resolving conflicts and addressing challenges as well as skilled at identifying and mitigating risks at the project level.
Strong experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management and hardware best practices
Strong ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
Must be able to clearly explain technical ideas and concepts to non-technical audiences both verbally and in writing
Strong knowledge and experience in a wide range of technologies such as Microsoft Windows, Intune, Active Directory, AZURE, VDI, user and group management, etc.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general Financial Services or Banking preferred.
Certifications such as Microsoft AZURE Fundamentals (AZ-900), PowerShell, MECM, Intune, Cloud Certification are strongly preferred or equivalent experience in using/supporting the associated tools
