About the role

This role combines clinical excellence with operational leadership, overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and managing the clinic's daily operations.
This position is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist who enjoys both patient care and leadership.
Ensure delivery of evidence-based, patient-centered care and achievement of optimal functional outcomes.

The Clinical Director will mentor and support the rehabilitation team, drive patient outcomes, optimize clinic performance, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
Maintain an active patient caseload while managing day-to-day clinic operations.
Partner with regional leadership to achieve financial, operational, and quality goals.
Foster relationships with referring providers and community partners.
Support business development initiatives and promote clinic growth.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with payer requirements.
Lead quality improvement initiatives and implement best practices across the clinic.

Strong knowledge of outpatient rehabilitation operations and clinical best practices.

Board Certification (OCS or other ABPTS specialty certification).
Experience managing clinic operations, budgeting, and staff performance.
Demonstrated success improving patient outcomes and clinic performance metrics.
Experience with quality improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current Arizona Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
