About the role

- Ensure delivery of evidence-based, patient-centered care and achievement of optimal functional outcomes.
Responsibilities
- The Clinical Director will mentor and support the rehabilitation team, drive patient outcomes, optimize clinic performance, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain an active patient caseload while managing day-to-day clinic operations.
- Partner with regional leadership to achieve financial, operational, and quality goals.
- Foster relationships with referring providers and community partners.
- Support business development initiatives and promote clinic growth.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with payer requirements.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and implement best practices across the clinic.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of outpatient rehabilitation operations and clinical best practices.
Nice to have
- Board Certification (OCS or other ABPTS specialty certification).
- Experience managing clinic operations, budgeting, and staff performance.
- Demonstrated success improving patient outcomes and clinic performance metrics.
- Experience with quality improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
- They are a collaborative leader who balances clinical excellence with operational efficiency and enjoys mentoring clinicians, improving patient outcomes, and growing a successful outpatient practice.

- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Arizona Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
Compensation
- $115k-$125k
