About the role

Paints and restores walls and other surfaces.
Caulks windows and doors; repairs furniture and replaces damaged wall coverings. - Paints surfaces with a sprayer, roller, or paintbrush; applies wallpaper and other wall coverings as needed.
Agility to work in difficult locations such as crawl spaces, attics, roofs, and closets; work at heights of 10 feet or more.

Strips parking lots and athletic fields, creates signs and banners for grounds and special events, and operates computerized vinyl letter and plastic engraving machines.
Drives Boys Town vehicles as needed to complete duties of the job.

Knowledge of a broad range of painting practices, techniques, tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
Ability to understand and interpret written and verbal instructions.
Ability to communicate with individuals in an articulate, professional manner.
Ability to organize assigned tasks for completion.

Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record and pass an annual Motor Vehicle Registration (MVR) check required.
