Responsibilities
- Design and execute in vitro studies to assess novel antibody-drug conjugates
- Troubleshoot and/or optimize experimental procedures as needed to further the program goals.
- Contribute to the preparation of data packages for scientific publications, regulatory documents, and patent applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance programs from early discovery to preclinical development
- Builds strong relationships with peers and cross functionally with partners outside of team to enable higher performance.
- Embraces innovation and manages to reality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience, or Master's Degree with two years of experience in molecular/cellular biology, cancer biology, pharmacology or related discipline with significant research experience.
- Proficiency in tissue culture, cellular & biochemical in vitro assay development and molecular biology techniques (e.g Western blotting/WES, ELISA, proliferation assays, FACS, lentivirus)
- Organizational skills and experience with computer programs, including Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, GraphPad, FlowJo, etc.
- Knowledge and experience with a broad range of assays to characterize targeted protein degradation
- Familiarity and proficiency with available genomic/transcriptomic datasets (TCGA, DepMap, CCLE etc.)
