Deliver individual and group therapy to youth (under age 18) impacted by domestic violence, sexual abuse,
Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.
Provide support and resources to caregivers and collaborate with partner agencies to ensure youth and families
Maintain accurate records and assist with billing and insurance processes.
As a Youth Therapist, you will deliver trauma-informed care to children and adolescents across our region.

Master's degree in social work or counseling.
North Dakota license
LMSW or LAPC required
LCSW or LPCC preferred.
Experience providing therapy services and work with children and victims of violence preferred.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally or rural, depending on position.
Employer-funded training in therapies like EMDR and CPT, plus weekly clinical supervision.

We are seeking two dedicated, compassionate Youth Therapists to join our team with the option for a 10-month work schedule (August through June), aligning with the school year, or a 12-month schedule providing services over the summer.
