Requirements
- Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, and comply with company safety policies and procedures.
Nice to have
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 5 years of experience highly preferred
Skills
- Safety sensitive position - ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business
- Ability to effectively work in teams
- Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles
- Must have basic math, reading, and communication skills

- Act as front line leaders for technical knowledge on highly complex automation or equipment problems.
- Work with outside contractors, vendors for maintaining equipment and needed inventory.
- Communicate with key Stakeholders on all activities that affect Safety, Quality or Production.
