Requirements
- In lieu of a degree, 5 years of related engineering experience
- In order to be considered for this role you must be a US Citizen or a US Permanent Resident
- Your needs are as unique as you are.
Nice to have
- Experience with Zeiss Calypso software and Siemens NX
- Experience with GOM
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies
- Experience with aerospace materials, tolerances and processes, PFMEA, PPAP, Process Excellence (six sigma), and Lean Manufacturing best practices is strongly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, as are interpersonal, facilitation, presentation, quantitative, analytical, organizational, and follow up skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines on multiple projects/programs.
- Experience in the management and implementation of manufacturing technologies and processes using an MRCL or Technology Readiness Level (TRL) gated process, would be an advantage.
- Associate's Degree plus 3 years of related engineering experience
Skills
- Complete MSA Studies, Inspection plans.
Compensation
- $70,629 - $114,772-Annually
