About the role
- Join the ArcGIS Pro Documentation team and help shape how users understand and apply the world's leading desktop GIS software.
- You'll work closely with over 50 software development teams to gather technical details and translate them into content that helps users succeed.
Responsibilities
- Test software features and collaborate with colleagues to understand functionality and write effective documentation
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with GIS concepts and workflows
- Strong attention to detail and ability to write clearly for a technical audience
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, or related field
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Experience with GitHub or docs-as-code workflows
- Familiarity with Esri products, especially ArcGIS Pro
- Ability to produce screen capture videos
- Experience writing blog content
- Master's degree in Geography, GIS, or related field
Compensation
- A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
- $79,664 - $129,792 USD
