About the role

  • Join the ArcGIS Pro Documentation team and help shape how users understand and apply the world's leading desktop GIS software.
  • You'll work closely with over 50 software development teams to gather technical details and translate them into content that helps users succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Test software features and collaborate with colleagues to understand functionality and write effective documentation

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with GIS concepts and workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to write clearly for a technical audience
  • Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, or related field
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
  • Experience with GitHub or docs-as-code workflows
  • Familiarity with Esri products, especially ArcGIS Pro
  • Ability to produce screen capture videos
  • Experience writing blog content
  • Master's degree in Geography, GIS, or related field

Compensation

  • A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
  • $79,664 - $129,792 USD
