About the role
- The Breakfast Ambassador is a crucial member of our Guest Service team, responsible for delivering an excellent customer service experience to our guests while managing all aspects of the guest breakfast program.
- Responsibilities include inventory management and cost control, food and beverage preparation, cleaning the breakfast area, and assisting guests with special requests as needed.
- Performance reviews (with raise eligibility) at 3 months, 6 months, then every 6 months.
Requirements
- 401(k) with 3% employer contribution (no employee match required).
- Able to start work as early as 5am and available on weekends and holidays.
- Previous food experience is a benefit but not required.
- Comfortable working as the only food and beverage employee during most shifts.
- Able to handle stressful situations and solve problems in a calm, professional manner.
- Physically able to perform all responsibilities including but not limited to bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Able to successfully pass a drug test and background check.
