About the role
- We are seeking a Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager to join our Large Commercial team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the renewal process, including gathering underwriting information, reviewing exposures, and preparing renewal proposals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, activities, and correspondence within the agency management system (Applied EPIC).
- Collaborate closely with Producers and Account Executives to support client retention, account growth, and new business opportunities.
- Provide administrative and service support for complex accounts and clients requiring a higher level of account management.
- Maintain current knowledge of commercial insurance products, underwriting requirements, policy provisions, carrier appetites, and industry trends.

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages, renewals, policy servicing, and carrier relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to calculate and interpret insurance-related figures, including premiums, commissions, and percentages.
- Minimum 5+ years of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty insurance experience.
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- Final candidates will be required to complete post-offer verification processes related to the role and in accordance with applicable laws.
Nice to have
- Commercial insurance industry experience and/or demonstrated ability to successfully handle complexities of job, required.
- Mid-market or large commercial account experience highly preferred.
- Experience with Applied EPIC or other agency management systems highly preferred.
- High School diploma required, Associate Degree or higher preferred.
- Professional designations such as CPCU, CRIS, or similar insurance certifications preferred.
