About the role

  • Acts as the primary program execution interface between the customer and GlobalFoundries/MIPS cross‑functional teams, ensuring predictable delivery, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction across the full silicon lifecycle.
  • This role is an individual contributor with full program ownership for one or more customer programs but no people‑management responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end execution of assigned customer‑specific silicon programs from early engagement through SOP, volume ramp, and sustaining.
  • Drive cross‑functional coordination across IP, design, verification, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, and risk registers for complex custom products.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and escalate technical, schedule, cost, or supply risks.
  • Support change management, including scope changes, milestones updates, and customer change requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in semiconductors, with exposure to SoC, MCU, or custom silicon programs.
  • Strong execution mindset with ability to operate independently.
