About the role
- Join the Product Sourcing organization, a global team focused on driving sourcing strategy and execution for new product introductions (NPI) within a fast-growing semiconductor business.
- This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence supplier strategy, operational readiness, and overall business success in a dynamic, high-technology environment.
- NPI, change and SAP management and material tracking for Engineering projects
Responsibilities
- Manage projects for semiconductor NPI activities.
- Supporting BU Engineering for design improvements, new supplier qualifications, etc.
- Performs opportunity analysis to identify projects that will deliver significant cost savings and value to the Business Unit and Global Operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Finance, or a related field, with 8+ years of relevant industry experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, capital equipment or similar high technology manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with SAP (or similar ERP) order management, PO module and MRP driven activity
Nice to have
- APICS certification, Lean Six Sigma training, negotiation certification or other Supply Chain related programs a plus
- Semiconductor capital equipment experience is a plus.
