About the role
- Job Title: Medical Technologist (MT)/Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) Department: Laboratory FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt - Eligible for Overtime Employment Status: Full-Time Location: Harrison County Community Hospital (HCCH) Job Summary/Objective Performs and interprets various chemical, microscopic, and bacteriologic tests to assist in the diagnosis

Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and best practices.
- Proficiency in the use of laboratory equipment, including advanced analytical instruments.
- Ability to interpret test results accurately and communicate findings effectively.
- Familiarity with laboratory quality control and safety standards.
Nice to have
- Manual dexterity to handle laboratory equipment and specimens with precision.
- Ability to lift and carry laboratory supplies or equipment as needed.
