About the role
- Direct team members and resolve inventory issues.
- This includes but is not limited to LPS, unconfirmed and nil picks reporting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all audits, counts, and adjustments.
- Drives and partners with cross-functional teams to develop and implement approved changes
- Leads task teams
- Ability to work specific shift, knowledge of commonly-used concepts', practices and procedures, read, understand and follow directions/instructions/work procedures/safety rules, operate various office equipment as needed, perform simple math calculations, operate basic document and spreadsheet software.

Requirements
- 3-6 years warehousing and inventory experience.
- Working knowledge of warehouse management system (preferably Blue Yonder or SAP) or plant systems, processes and procedures.
- Makes decisions and communicates work practices, procedures, and methods to associates as required
- Leads small task teams in the warehouse to achieve the daily outcomes required.
- Provision of backup support to all team members as required
- Answering technical queries of team members as required
- English Proficiency: Intermediate (CEFR B1/ Completed EF level 6)
Skills
- Ensure that inventory entries and adjustments are reflected accurately in the warehouse management system.
Compensation
- In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $22.00-$24.00 exclusive of fringe benefits and shift differentials.
