  • Salary for this position is: $201,000-240,000.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, develop, and deliver technical input to the systems engineering process.
  • Develop technical documentation, system architecture, and system design documentation.
  • Coordinate with administrators, engineers, developers, testers, government stakeholders, and mission partners.
  • Establish effective working relationships with government agencies and mission partners.
  • Deliver briefings on complex topics to technical and executive audiences.
  • Support applied research and cyber capability development projects.
  • The selected candidate will support projects focused on developing and implementing next-generation IT tools, systems, and capabilities while providing technical leadership throughout the engineering lifecycle.
  • Support mission-focused engineering activities from concept through deployment.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required (U.S. Citizen Only)
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related discipline (four years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree).
  • 15+ years of systems engineering experience.
  • Experience supporting system development, integration, and implementation activities.
  • Experience communicating with technical teams, government stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Active CISSP, CASP+ CE, or CSSLP certification (minimum DoD 8570 IASAE Level II certification).
  • Experience developing technical documentation, system architectures, and system designs.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to Cloud and AWS environments.
  • Knowledge of the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF).
  • Experience designing and engineering systems from the ground up.
  • Experience with network architecture and systems engineering.
  • Compensation for this role will be based on experience, qualifications, technical expertise, and overall alignment with the position.
