Responsibilities
- Owning the global Print Partnerships strategy end-to-end - from partner identification and market mapping through to deal negotiation, contracting, and ongoing relationship management
- Building executive-level relationships with our most strategic print service providers, becoming Canva's primary face to the print partner ecosystem
- Partnering closely with Product teams to translate roadmaps and category expansion plans into the partnership capabilities needed to deliver them
- Designing the team, the playbook, and the operating cadence for Print Partnerships at Canva - this function will look like what you build
- Coaching and developing a high-performing team of Partner Managers, with clear ownership and a high bar for strategic partnership work
- Bringing partner insight and market intelligence into how Print shapes its broader strategic direction
- You build trust quickly with senior external counterparties - you're the person partners want to work with
