Requirements
- You know the challenges in manufacturing and operations, and you believe there is a better way
- You are comfortable working with digital tools and have a willingness to adopt new AI-assisted workflows as they are introduced to the PS org
- Strong working knowledge of regulated quality systems and compliance frameworks, including GxP, ISO standards, and 21 CFR Part 11
Nice to have
- Lean / Six Sigma experience, with exposure to continuous improvement initiatives in regulated manufacturing or operations environments
- Experience with AI-assisted project tools, knowledge management, or automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Copilot, Claude or similar)
- PMP or other relevant project management certifications
- Working knowledge of change control processes, PMO governance, and validation requirements (e.g., impact assessment, documentation, and traceability) within regulated life sciences environments
