Responsibilities

  • Perform unit turnovers, including repairs, painting, and cleaning. • Inspect units for necessary maintenance and address issues promptly. • Replace or repair fixtures, appliances, and other equipment as needed. • Collaborate with the property manager and maintenance team to meet turn schedules. • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in maintenance, construction, or unit turns is preferred.

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
