About the role

  • Under the direction of the Supervisor, Finance Operations, the Finance Operations Analyst is responsible for the execution of multiple complex operational processes.
  • The Analyst participates in key Finance Operations initiatives, including but not limited to operational improvements, new product development and implementation, new vendor partnership implementations and technological advancements.
  • This position requires a strong business and technical skills with the ability to work across multiple systems/interfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal business partners
  • Update and maintain policies, procedures, and workflows.

  • This is a cross functional role that interacts with internal and external business partners, requiring strong communication skills.
  • 3 years of analytical work or banking experience which demonstrates the abilities to perform in the position.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work under normal office conditions and work from home as required.
  • May be required to work additional hours beyond standard work schedule.

Nice to have

  • Technical proficiency in database applications and Cognos reporting is preferred.

Compensation

  • $54,712.80 -$82,069.20

  • The annual base salary range provided for this position represents a range of salaries for this role and similar roles across the organization.
  • The actual salary for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope and complexity of the role
  • As part of our comprehensive total rewards program, colleagues are also eligible for variable pay.
  • Eligibility for any bonus, commission, benefits, or any other form of compensation and benefits remains in the Company's sole discretion and may be modified at the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the law.
