About the role
- You will be expected to work out of our Voorhees, NJ office 1 day a week.
- Additionally, top performers may qualify for exclusive annual sales trips and other incentives.

Responsibilities
- A dedicated support staff that allows you to focus on sales, not service
- Some leads provided
- Develop, present and sell customized insurance programs that meet the needs of our Commercial clients
- Partner with assigned Account Management team, and provide service to new and existing clients
- Develop and manage an active pipeline of qualified prospects, generating leads from personal contacts, cold calling, networking, client referrals, and colleagues
Requirements
- 2+ year experience in commercial insurance required with above-average results
- Active Property & Casualty License required
Compensation
