About the role

Since 1998, Family of Kidz has brought together highly qualified teams of professionals who work diligently to help children with special needs, from birth to adulthood.

Work collaboratively with Clinical Supervisors to implement principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.
Acquire and maintain RBT credential in accordance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) within the first 90 days of employment.
Implement Behavior Support Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans as directed.
Effectively manage learners including physical crisis intervention protocols, while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
Team Building Events

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
If you have these attributes:
Our focus is on establishing a strong understanding of each child's needs and teaching them skills that lead to greater independence and an enhanced quality of life.

Minimum of 6 months ABA working with children or adolescents with Autism in a supervised setting.
Critical thinker with a problem-solving mind.
Bilingual is a plus.

Successful completion of or current enrollment in an undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education or related field.
