Responsibilities

  • Every day, our work helps care teams perform with greater precision and patients recover faster, improving outcomes around the world.
  • We are seeking an experienced Senior BI Analyst to support the design and delivery of Finance reporting, analytics, data products, and process-improvement solutions.

Requirements

  • Required Skills and Experience
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, Finance analytics, reporting, business systems analysis, or enterprise data solutions.
  • ERP & Finance Domain: Experience with SAP or another enterprise ERP platform, including strong understanding of Finance-related processes and cross-system data flows.
  • Communication & Influence: Proven ability to communicate complex business, system, and data topics to technical teams, Finance stakeholders, and senior leadership without direct authority.
  • Experience with SAP Finance, Salesforce, CPQ/CLM, billing, or revenue-management platforms.
  • Experience with Snowflake or another modern cloud data platform.
  • Experience supporting financially significant applications, internal controls, or SOX-governed reporting.
  • Familiarity with data governance, master data management (MDM), metadata, lineage, and data-quality frameworks.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Develops a strong understanding of Finance processes, ERP applications, system integrations, critical data models, and reporting dependencies.
