About the role

  • On a typical day, you will contribute to the solutioning of complex technical problems while working with a breadth of languages and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Community service engagement with local non-profit partners
  • You prioritize and intentionally develop relationships
  • We employ principles of mature agile development to deliver high quality value to clients faster

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Engineering, Data Science, or similar
  • Minimum of two years of experience in software development, systems integration, or related technical role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect technical solutions to business objectives and client outcomes
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks to meet diverse client needs
  • You have an ownership mentality, changing circumstances instead of accepting them
  • Frontend and/or backend experience with a variety of programming languages (i.e., HTML, CSS, C#, Go, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript) or platforms (i.e., AWS, Azure, GCP) with an interest in learning and applying new tech stacks to client projects
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams
