Responsibilities
- Own the QGG hardware delivery plan/schedule from design release through procurement, receiving, inspection, kitting, and AI&T handoff.
- Drive design-to-procurement and procurement-to-build readiness reviews for high-risk and long-lead items, and come up with strategies to mitigate delays for high-risk parts.
- Support CAMs and program controls with cost-to-complete inputs, procurement variance explanations, and material-risk status.

- The successful candidate will turn released designs into accountable hardware delivery plans and will help the team see risks early enough to act.
- Depending on business needs, this role may perform a combination of some or all of the following duties.
- Create concise executive-level status for hardware delivery, material blockers, and supplier recovery actions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving development environment where designs, schedules, and supplier constraints evolve quickly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in project engineering, hardware program execution, supply chain engineering, production engineering, or aerospace hardware delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to work across engineering, quality, procurement, suppliers, and program management to recover schedule and resolve blockers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to brief risk, schedule, and supplier status clearly.
- Experience with PLM/MRP tools such as Arena, Oracle, Agile, Teamcenter, NetSuite, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with AS9100, MRB/nonconformance processes, or NASA/Goddard/JPL parts review practices.
- Experience with optical, vacuum, electronics, embedded systems, or precision electromechanical hardware.
- Required personal protective equipment will be provided and must be used in accordance with company requirements.
Nice to have
- Preferred Experience Experience with NASA, JPL, DoD, space payload, avionics, or flight-relevant hardware programs.
Compensation
- The targeted salary range for this role is $140,000 to $180,000 on an annualized basis plus eligibility to participate in our annual incentive plan.
