About the role

  • In this role, you will report to the Supervisor.
  • At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.
  • However, certain positions require access to controlled goods and technologies subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

Responsibilities

  • Team Leader at MKS, you will partner with Methuen production.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of related experience.
  • Requires production experience in electro-mechanical assembly, reading, writing, and arithmetic
  • Ability to work from established drawings, and experience in soldering, wire-wrapping and cable harnessing
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have the ability to lift and handle optical components and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for 80% of the time
  • Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
  • Must be able to exchange accurate information

Skills

  • Completion of high school, vocational training or equivalent is preferred

Compensation

  • $22.53 - 37.55 per hour.
  • This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
  • Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
