About the role

  • This is a 2nd shift position - Hours/Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 4:15 PM to 2:45 AM.
  • Adheres to Integer's Values, Behavioral Based Safety process and Integer Associate Quality Policy.
  • Sets up equipment needed for assembly/inspection as per Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI's) and Quality Work Instructions (QWI's).

Responsibilities

  • The primary purpose of this position is to develop competency in and performance basic assembly and/or inspection operations at Integer.

Requirements

  • Completes required Device History Records and other manufacturing documentation per Good Documentation
  • Actively participates in "flex break" programs as required.
  • Performs other functions as required.

Compensation

  • Our compensation program includes base wages, a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy, overtime pay, shift differentials, and call-in pay, when applicable.
  • We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
