- Oversee team workload distribution and partner-EA alignment.
- Own and evolve the EA competency framework and operating standards, keeping them live as the business changes.
- Build and maintain the EA onboarding playbook, ensuring every new team member starts with the tools, context, and expectations they need.
- Lead the EA technology and AI stack: evaluate tools, run pilots, and embed the best ones into daily practice across the team.
- Design and run a partner feedback loop, giving the team consistent, actionable signal on service quality.

- Genuine proficiency with AI and productivity tools, including active use in day-to-day work.
- Experience working in or alongside fast-growing, project-based organizations is an asset.
Benefits
- you'll provide direct, high-calibre support to 1-2 senior partners while managing a small team of EAs and owning the function's development, standards, and long-term health.
- While we have a flexible working environment, the successful candidate should expect to spend an average of at least three days a week in person at our Liberty Village office.
Company info
- A practicing EA. You're doing the work and you're good at it. You don't see the partner desk as a stepping stone away from management; you see it as part of the job.
