About the role
- This is not a back-office SDR role - this is a foundational position with direct impact on how we enter and scale in the US.
- Feedback Loop Driver: Translate market signals into actionable insights to sharpen positioning and GTM strategy.
- As the first SDR in Austin, you will help define processes, influence strategy, and lay the commercial foundation for long-term growth in North America.
Responsibilities
- Build and own top-of-funnel pipeline generation for the US market
- Develop outbound strategies tailored to the US industrial landscape
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into high-quality sales opportunities
- Design and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events) adapted to US buyer behavior.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to ensure messaging resonates with the US market.
- Develop modular, software-defined robotics solutions with us that set new standards in automation.
- Help us build robots equipped with state-of-the-art AI that perceive their environment, analyze data, and make intelligent decisions in real time.
