Responsibilities
- This role is perfect for someone who enjoys mentoring employees, solving problems, and creating a positive living environment where individuals can build independence while staff members feel supported and empowered to succeed.
- Maintain consistent operations by providing leadership during assigned shifts and stepping into management responsibilities when needed.
- Develop and Lead Employees Provide daily guidance, coaching, and support to Direct Support Professionals.
- Champion Individual Success Encourage individuals to build life skills, increase independence, and participate in meaningful community experiences.
- Support implementation of Individual Habilitation Plans and behavioral support strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and outside providers to promote positive outcomes.
- Support compliance with agency policies as well as DDD, DHS, DCF, and licensing regulations.

- Complete required reports, documentation, and administrative assignments within established deadlines.
Compensation
- Starting at $25.00 per hour, plus evening/weekend shift differentials and overtime opportunities Schedule: Full-Time | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Help Build a Home Where People Thrive Great residential programs start with strong leadership.
