Our Engineering roles are hybrid in our SF office 3x/wk.

Responsibilities

Design and architect major product features leveraging the latest advancements in AI to deliver a magical user experience
Lead product initiatives with high strategic value, accelerating speed of iteration while preventing accumulation of technical debt
Hold the codebase to a high standard, and assist in developing engineering processes that encourage shipping high quality code
We operate as a championship team, and that means being ok with hard, uncomfortable, ambiguous problems that lead to real greatness.
You will have meaningful autonomy and be expected to drive work to completion.

Requirements

You have a Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience, or equivalent
You have 5+ years experience tackling challenging zero-to-one software engineering problems that have spanned multiple teams
You have a strong product instinct - you think about the end user experience, not just the technical implementation
You're comfortable moving across the stack to take projects to the finish line, with solid experience in modern web technologies and cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS/GCP, Postgres, Docker)

Compensation

We offer a base compensation range of approximately $200,000-$265,000 per year, exclusive of equity.
Our compensation philosophy prioritizes meaningful equity grants, enabling team members to share directly in the impact they help create.
