This includes filing/searches for UCCs and Title to ensure lien placement.
Responsible for the ongoing monitoring and administration of collateral to ensure risk is appropriately mitigated in accordance with bank standards and credit policy.
Responding promptly and professionally to assigned post-funding tasks and/or requests.

Positive and motivated individuals that can manage through an ever-changing environment

3+ years of related experience in Loan Administration, Lending and/or Deposit Sales, or similar field.
High school diploma required.
Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
Knowledge of one or more loan types.
As a Loan Operations Administrator II, you will be responsible for the creation of required ticklers for Commercial Loans, receipt of original loan documentation, and UCC/Title Perfection.
The position ensures that all required collateral is included in the loan file and verified for quality, completeness, and accuracy.
